Roger saved the day! Working at a dentist office you DO NOT want to have your printer down. Last night the drum went out and I went from Staples to Office Depot to be told that it is an online order. I went through the list for ink supply companies and I found Roger on the other end of the phone! He saved the day!!!! I told him what I was looking for and he took my contact info and stated he would call me back. He was true to his word and had the product on hand!!!! HE TRULY SAVED THE DAY! BUT IT GETS EVEN BETTER! I went to the doctor and told her I found it in town and she said to order an extra so we are not in this position again. I called Roger back and he was very knowledgeable to tell me I would not need one for quite some time. He could have very easily sold us an additional but he was not about the money he was about the service! I am so appreciative for Roger and I highly reccomend him to all my business friends needing ink and toner....oh and guess what?????? I didn't even have to ask for a discount------He was ALREADY $20.00 less expensive than the big chains! Today was a good day! Thank you Roger at Ink and Toner Outlet! Respectfully, Maureen

I called in to see if toner offered was as good as original ink of an HP ink cartridge and was told that even in some cases more ink was provided in these remanufactured cartridges. I asked specifically if they would be the same as HP and was told they would. I had used a replacement cartridge years back from another company and thought technology has advanced because the cartridge leaked and destroyed my printer. I asked Jean if the one I would purchase would leak and she said the difference was these were remanufactured original HP cartridges not refills so no they wouldn't leak WELL it leaked so upset. Store opens at 10AM and I don't know what the result will be from reading previous remarks seems original cartridges are the way to go and spend the extra money. Cutting corners 80% of the time usually failed for me so shame on me. Let the buyer beware!

I just recently purchased a black inkjet refill. It did not work. I returned to the store and was given a replacement which again failed to work even after following the instructions given on how to install it. I then returned to the store but this time to return and get a refund of my money. Upon hearing I wanted to do this store clerk became very rude, did not what to refund and kept insisting that nothing was wrong with his refill instead it was the printer that had a problem. He even told me not to ever come back to the store. I have since purchased (way cheaper from ebay whole set black plus color) the inkjet refill from ebay and got it to work the very first time I installed it on my printer. This alone says a lot. I hope you read this and do not purchase anything at this store less you suffer the same headache and poor treatment that I did.

The OEM manufacturer of your equipment is still responsible for any failure not caused directly by the use of non-original cartridges. In that case the manufacturer of the compatible cartridge is responsible. If you purchased a cartridge from Ink & Toner Outlet that damaged your machine we would take care of the damage at our expense. Since 1987 this has never happened.
