Our lawyer Sarah M-H was so helpful and prepared us incredibly well for the immigration process. She was diligent in getting everything ready and filed early, explaining the processes, and kept us up to date on every notification! The process was so streamlined, and my husband and I could not be more grateful.

My husband and I were able to use the services of Maged & Rost for our immigration journey for Adjustment of Status and we cannot say enough good things about this firm. We had zero issues and were impressed right from the get-go. We immediately noticed quick responses, great value, professional, amazing people skills and a genuine desire to help. We felt understood, supported and motivated about the future and it was all thanks to the help of Sarah Murphy-Holroyd and this team. We were so impressed and will absolutely be reaching out for our future immigration needs. Love the work they do! 100% recommend!

If you want to be certain that your immigration application is well submitted and successful, do not hesitate to contact Kristian even for a moment. The immigration process is by definition a very stressful time. With Kristina, I always felt secure and certain that all documents were presented in a way that I would get my Green card. I regret only that I did not contact you earlier. Thank you so much, Kristina, for your amazing service, hard work, and genuine understanding.

Kristina and her team are extremely professional and knowledgeable industry workers. Me and my family has gone through the EB-5 process with Kristina and are extremely happy with the results. If you are hiring Kristina to help you with your immigration case, you can be sure that you will always be updated about any changes that are happening while your case is being under review, you will always get a professional advice, but never will be pushed. And most importantly, you can be sure that if Kristina took your case, she and her team will make sure they do everything they can to make the whole process successful and least stressful for you.

This depends on a number of factors (whether you are abroad or in the US at the time of petition, what jurisdiction you live in in the US, etc). Your best bet is to speak to a local immigration attorney who practices family-based immigration.
Yes, your spouse and children under 21 years of age can be included in your application since the investment amount is designed to cover the entire immediate family of a principal investor for purposes of investment immigration.
Yes, you can use gifted funds for your EB5 investment with a caveat that your giftor would have to provide an affidavit regarding reasons for such gift as well as his documented source of funds for the gift to demonstrate that they were derived by legal means and from legal sources.
The fee for an initial consultation is $200. However if the firm is hired, the $200 is credited towards the legal fee.
