The woman, Amanda Baugh, who did my intake was absolutely amazing!! I was so nervous because I never needed a lawyer before but she made made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She was well educated and answered every single question I had, friendly, and caring!! Highly recommend :)

The lawyer's at JEFFREY GLASSMAN are amazing. I was injured riding my bike home from work, they took my case and fought to get me what I deserved, these lawyer's are very professional and don't back down from big insurance companies. I recommend them highly..they have what it takes to win ..

I am a new client with Glassman and Heather Silva has been walking me through the process and she has been nothing short of helpful with every step of the way. I knew next to nothing going into the process and she broke down each bit of the process to easily understand. I strongly recommend Glassman and Heather as I will be returning with any other needs I may have.

Customer service/Communication: Front desk was incredibly efficient and comfortable stating what they KNEW and what would require direct response from an attorney. Really put me at ease knowing I was not being given misinformation or misdirected. Attorneys Hodgman and Arseneau were patient and direct when explaining the process, following up with any questions and even gave personal opinions (based on previous cases and professional probability) when I was unsure, which turned out great for me. Initial process: I received a call with an explanation of the process, answers to ALL of my questions, and the paperwork was brought to me (foot & ankle injury- don't know if this is the norm), simply because the attorney wanted to make it a bit more personal. The remainder of paperwork was sent electronically, which was SUPER convenient! Time: I wish I could recall the start time for the case, but... life! Overall, my case was pretty fast. Less than a year for sure AND that's with me forgetting to respond with paperwork for a few months (attorneys called/emailed to check in and follow up during that time). All of my calls were returned in a timely manner (which was refreshing π) - despite the chaos of the pandemic. Payout: I am very satisfied with the level of effort and persistence Glassman team put into my case. All angles were presented and discussed with me PRIOR to anything being adjusted. Haven't finalized everything or received payment YET, but I am more than satisfied with the settlement. Overall: A knowledgeable AND personable law firm that I would highly recommend. The only downside is that they are a bit pricey compared to others, but worth it for me because time and money are important during this period.

All injury cases are different. There are many factors that are involved in determining the value of a case. These would include: the severity of your injuries; the length of time of your total and/or partial disability and treatment; the amount of your medical bills; whether or not there is permanency of injuries; scarring; broken bones; expected future medical expenses and/or life support costs; emotional trauma and loss of consortium. Another factor is how your accident and injuries affected your life. If you are partially liable for the accident/injury, your case will potentially be worth less depending on the percentage of your liability. Our job, however, is to put as much money as possible into your pocket. How much money you receive will depend on the factors listed above.
Stop your vehicle and contact law enforcement. Always think in safety first and accept emergency medical treatment Cooperate with the police, take notes and photos. Keep records β insurance contacts, law enforcement officer names, witness contacts β and stay organized. Contacting your insurance carrier to inform them of the accident and get in touch with an experienced injury lawyer right away.
Employees in Massachusetts qualify for workersβ compensation benefits if they were injured because of their jobs. Independent contractors do not qualify for workersβ comp benefits. Sometimes, employees are incorrectly classified as independent contractors. We recommend speaking with a lawyer for more information.
