Unsure about seniors discount rates but, there used to be a grace period of 10 days that has changed to 5 days as of Aug. 1st. (Not sure if thats for everyone or just me because I was late last month😅 buuuut anyhow...) After the grace period the fine is: "...a late charge of twenty US dollars ($20.00) for each delinquent installment or twenty percent (20%) of the amount of each delinquent installment, whichever is greater."
