Wish I could give 0 stars where do I begin… According to entergy I magically used 1300 KWh vs any of my previous bills. No pool or fish tank this year so I should be using way less. Both were affected by hurricane Ida. To top it off The Louisiana Public Service Commission (LPSC) has voted for all of entergys customers to pay 3.2 billion dollars for maintenance and repairs. This is for entergys mismanagement of the money they profit off its customers. $16.50 flat rate 1,100,000 customers in 15 years they would acquire the 3.2 billion dollars but we are being charged per KWh usage. So they probably will get 7.2 billion dollars using my bills fees now for 15 years. Will entergy stop charging those fees once they miscalculated and receive the 3.2 billion our 5 representatives granted I don’t think so. Technically the vote was 4-1 so one person represented us the people properly. Vote accordingly next time!
