Brock was an awesome, humble, and knowledgeable guy. Came in wasting no time, checked out and resolved the issue thoroughly and effectively, and explained to me in detail the issue I was having, how the air circulates in my fridge, and potential future issues I may be having as well. The communication between the helpdesk to the repairman and the repairman to me regarding date/time is impeccable. First time using their service and great impression thus far. Keep it up!

Incredibly honest and kind.I learned so much as he explained about my refrigerator problems and oven components and what to look for. He sure knows his stuff . Extremely knowledgeable!!! Also Whirlpool Maytag KitchenAid Amana shared with me important aspects about best refrigerators and products. I will only call David's appliance repair in the future, 5 stars all the way. I just had David’s Appliance Repair out. It was difficult to find a company willing to work on Samsung. The technician was honest and fair. Due to some of the issues my refrigerator had we decided to replace our Samsung rather then repair it. I appreciate David giving me his honest opinion. I will be saving his number for future appliance repair. Stacey, who answers the office phones and schedules appointments is very professional and friendly. Thanks for coming out to look at my fridge. We appreciate your expert advise. I would highly recommend using this company. Their schedule is full but they were worth the wait.
