They do have pricing on adoptions, sometimes a certain animal is sponsored so it's pricing is lower. You should stop by and take a look. They always have a good group of dogs and the staff is helpful.
In reality I am not really sure how much they charge for their puppies, but I would suggest that you go to the shelter in person and ask the people at the front counter, call or go to their website for more information because unfortunately google maps won't help you answer this question. As a general rule, they don't charge for the puppy himself, only for the services, such as licensing, microchipping, vaccination, and sterilization.
You should go to Baldwin Park ...Is FREE. And they have a lot waiting for a second and last chance
Dog and puppy adoptions at Upland Animal Shelter is currently $164 per animal for non-residents of Upland. This includes microchip, current vaccinations and spay/neuter. This does not include the dog license required in whatever city you live in. Our adoption packets also include a number of perks such as 30 days of pet health insurance at no cost (up to $1000 in services free), coupons for pet stores, our 2nd Chance Thrift Shop, training and behavior modification assistance, etc. Dog microchips are paid for by a donor for Upland residents, so for Upland residents, the dog adoption fee is $134.
