no u do not have to make an appointment. It is an Emergency room hospital. Call 911 if u need help or if it's a emergency. If you need help w something that's not quite an emergency u can always go to an Urgent Care medical office but most r open til 8pm daily. There r Urgent Cares all over Spokane. Hope You get what u need!
