They have both a bar and a restaurant (family friendly) so they accomodate all ages during the day but mostly 21+ in the evening hours.

After 9pm it's 21+
I always go after 9pm so its 21+. The De-railers are the best.
I think it has a fsmily area. I was in there for Valleyfest and I was 19 at the time.
