Worst carne asada i've ever had, period. Tasted like actual dog food. Rice is bland, no flavor, beans trash. flautas barely eatable. Birria tacos were a 7/10 to be fair. wouldn't care to get them again even if it was free.

Ordered tongue tacos, steak tacos and the quessabirria tacos. The tongue tacos were good. Tender and flavorful. The quessabirria tacos were really good. I really enjoyed those. The problem was the steak tacos. Holy lord. Probably the driest steak I've had to eat in a long time. Such a bummer.

Went in 30 mins prior to close…the energy of the place wasn’t great, felt like they were a bit rude towards us when we asked if we could place our to go order after standing there waiting for someone to address us. My friend and I both picked up on an attitude from one of the male employees. The food was bland, dry and seemed like leftovers from 2 days prior. Except for the pupusa’s & dessert (those were yummy). Bummer as I had seen several great reviews and was excited to try but that experience has left me not wanting to return. :(

I came here for Taco Tuesday and I stayed for the margaritas. $1.25 for a taco!!! I haven't seen those prices for a quality "street taco" since my blue spandex biker shorts were in style! The decor and atmosphere was very authentic, my booth seat was all loose and wobbly just like the restaurants I visited in Tijuana as a child. The margaritas were very nice, although I wish they came in the same glasses that the horchata came in instead of the cheap disposable plastic cups. I definitely would come back again, thanks Marandos Bar & Restaurant.

Signs are posted on how to stop the spread of COVID-19. food contact surfaces and counters are cleaned and sanitized after each us. Each patron, visitor and delivery partner is required to wear a mask at all times. High touch areas are cleaned and disinfected after each use using a developed schedule plan. We have 3 hand sanitizer stations and floor stickers before patrons reach our counter. We follow CDC guidance and practices for employee health check and screenings, cloth face coverings and or face shields are worn at all times. Due to governor mandate we are only offering take out and deliver and our bar and dine-in are is currently closed however our tables are at least 6-foot distance between people. Each weekend all our areas are disinfected by a professional cleaning service using a fogging machine.
