Yes, but I'm withe the first person who responded. They did me wrong as well, so now I'm a former customer as well.
Go to Penske a few blocks away. U haul cancelled because they didn't have the truck I reserved a few weeks earlier. They called me a day or so before I was to pick it up and would not work with me. They did offer a van or pick-up that was too small and a much much too big of a moving truck that I could not get into the small driveway I was going to. I was a repeat customer to them but now I am a former customer.
