My experience was amazing! I did the online self check in which was very easy to follow. After using it to start my move, I quickly realized I would need more time due to me getting the keys to my new house much later in the afternoon. I called Uhaul and requested for a new drop time for the following day and without hesitation they got me all figured out!

I knew exactly what I needed and reserved it on line. I went in, picked it up and was on my way; Plain and simple. However, I was impressed by the level of customer care given to the couple in front of me. They were trying to determine what they needed and availability of the product. The guy behind the counter was kind and patient with them. It wasn't directly my experience, but I observed excellent customer service while there!
