Its Wal-Mart. They know people arent there for customer service or an "experience". If you want customer service, and or a better shopping experience go to Target. I am sorry you had that experience though, it is never fun to feel as though your business is not appreciated.

Don't have a clue. Make your complaint to store manager. If not satisfied district manager. Keep going up chain of command until satisfaction is met.
