I have German Winter Thyme OG and Sweet Marjoram OG from Johnny's Selected Seeds. Now that fall and freezing temperatures are here, should I bring them in or put them in the ground?

If you haven't planted them already, bring them in. Next spring put them in the ground. Then they should withstand an outdoor winter.
