Hi my cat just got neutered and he's vomiting and has no appetite.

I've been trying to get it touch cuz I can't afford to go to the vet. He was a gift from one of my kids on my special needs van I used to work for.

Go back or call a vet

If your cat was neutered at Nevins Farm then go there or your nearest vet. It may just be a result of the anesthetic. Better safe than sorry.
