They are open seven days. Weekends would not be the best time to surrender your dog, as they are busiest with visitors and prospective adoptees.
I have asked many questions got no answers , its a 11 month old pembroke corji I wish I knew someone personally that would take him but my health is bad and Benji really needs a home with kids to play he loves walks. I hate to give him up I have his paper work but I can no longer keep up with him he needs more .
Give them a call to tell what kind of dog and the reason you have to surrender the dog.
