The only store that is original magic! We had a tour with Charlotte. Keep in mind this is a teaching about witchcraft so if you are not open to that it may not be the best option for you. Charlotte does a wonderful job of opening the circle and calling the four corners and explaining what each item means. It was my first time practicing with a group and it was simply magical. Next is a well informed tour describing items used and engaging the group. I would do this again with Charlotte as she is simply lovely! The store is well stocked with great items.

I wanted to love this place. Based on other people's reviews and suggestions, I couldn't wait to enter. I use a walker to get around but there are steps to get into the shop and it's rather tight in there so I left the walker outside. The store was relatively empty. There couldn't have been more than 4 or 5 other customers. Customer service was non existent. No one asked if they could help. When I asked for prices, I was met with some snarky glances like it was such a bother. I made my way around the store until my back started to give up and struggled to the counter. All 3 employees could see me struggling. After I places all my items on the counter, they decided it was time to count out the cash register right then and there and to make me stand there and wait. I am visibly struggling, make mention of having a hard time standing and they continue counting, making errors and recounting. Finally when they finish, the employee that was leaving rings me up and takes my payment and then WALKS AWAY, leaving my things on the counter while the next employee takes her time to remove her jacket and saunter over to the counter. My middle daughter had to finish waiting for my purchase and I had to get back out to my walker. Ridiculously bad customer service. Zero cares given in asking people if they need help or in answering questions. My oldest daughter walked in and walked right back out. She said she didn't like the vibes. I should have listened.

This store was the best HP official store I've ever seen. They sell autographs from the cast, all types of merchandise from the movies as well. The staff was very nice and they even have an area where you pay $10 to go in and you can see a bunch of Ouija boards. The prices are reasonable as well

Very nice shop with nice friendly people however beware of psychics that ask a lot of questions as they are fishing. Wife had a horrible reading and a waste of money on the reading there by asking for every detail of everything and said not much besides geberic statements.

There are no real spells. They do have spell books, but if you can get them to work, stay out of Salem lol
No appt needed except for readings
The woman runs it keep distance, plexiglass, hand sanitizer, and only a few people in at a time

Yes they have a beautiful selection of various sizes. They are up front in the store corner. Was just there 3 days ago.
