I don't know if they do. They do have plenty of cats in need of a loving, caring home. We adopted a beautiful adult cat with the ARL. They are wonderful & if & when we want to rescue another animal, i would return to ARL!!!
They always have cats, kittens are more rare. Check the website or call them directly.
