After suddenly losing our 14yo pitbull,I had to honor her loss by immediately taking one from another cage- Not a pitbull this time but Zeus,a large dog that has been locked up for a couple months and was waiting for his forever home. Emily met with us and showed us Zeus- a large dog though not much larger than our pitbull had been, he was full of raw energy and it's what I needed- My girl was a senior when she passed. She got to travel thousands of miles and hiked hundreds: one of the most respectfully and smartest friend's I ever got to love. She is missed huge. Zeus, I cannot wait to bring you home and love you as long as you'll have us- Thank you Emily.

Highly recommend this place if you ever want to adopt an animal! We got our beautiful cat there at a fair price. They also gave us 1 lb cat food and a certificate for a free vet visit.

They were very professional and you didn't have to go through any disappointments. They knew exactly what to tell you and how to care for your adopt a pet. They spend a lot of time with you and it's not a rushed situation. I enjoyed our visit with our adopted pet. We adopted him and he is a wonderful
Defaul Use
Just picked up our tree. So many to choose from. Trees already wrapped. I got it home, and cut the chord. Couldn't believe how wide it was. The house smells amazing. This was in the 6 to 8 foot section.

There is no application process. There's an application that asks like 5 basic questions and you leave with your animal that day
I don't know if it costs anything, but you may have to get on a waiting list until they have space. Even if it is a free service, making a donation to help them care for your cats would be a good idea. Give them a call at 472-3647 to talk about the safest way to surrender them.
It sounds like that is the name of an animal. Your best bet is to call the Animal Rescue League directly for up to date information. They are closed today (Monday) but you can call them at 603-472-3647 T, Th, Sat or Sunday after 12.
Please call and leave a message for Naomi Stevens, Chief Operating Officer at (603) 472-3647 x123 to discuss this further. Thank you!
Yes if you drive to the back if the building you'll see two sheds marked for donations, pop the items in there and the staff can collect them when they have a moment. Have a great day!
The best way to reach out is to call them during business hours.
You could call the Bedford Animal Rescue League. I am pretty sure they do take surrendered animals but I think you need an appointment.
All of our available rabbits can be seen on our website www.rescueleague.org/adopt And range from 1 year old to about 6years.
Call wings of dawn in henniker nh she will take them. She is licensed with the state to rehab them.
Appointment only!!!
Not currently! But thanks for thinking of adopting first!
Right now, I don't think they're open for walk in business at all. They are selling Christmas trees online but that's it.
You will need to call them. Last I knew they would not adopt during Christmas because sometimes people make rash decisions during the holidays. Great place and worth waiting. The welfare of the pet is of utmost importance.
they will let younger people as long as parent also volunteers at the same time and they come together
Kitty Angels will do it for $90 and also give the first round of shots. Google "kitty angels"
This is a question that you should direct to a qualified veterinarian.
Call them and ask to speak with someone in the intake dept. They should be able to help.
I think it's between $100 and $125 depending on the age of the cat.
They currently do. Check out the site for photos. But go in and give the place a look!
I would recommend calling the office
I don't believe they foster dogs, but I would definitely call to make sure. I believe Canine Commitment does. You could try them as well.
Yes, but unfortunately there are rare cases when an animal cannot be adopted. Usually because of a serious injury or illness. In these cases, there are no happy alternatives. Outside of that, they sometimes have long-term residents because they do not euthenize animals just because they've been around for a while. They really are fantastic.
Sorry Erica, I'm not with the Bedford rescue facility. My son and I were only there looking at the animals for adoption.
Call their number. They will probably recommend local vets they refer to.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday after 12.
545 NH-route 101 Bedford, NH. Donation boxes are on the side of the building. Hope this helps.
I don't know if they do. They do have plenty of cats in need of a loving, caring home. We adopted a beautiful adult cat with the ARL. They are wonderful & if & when we want to rescue another animal, i would return to ARL!!!
I would call both the police and the SPCA about the abuse
When we adopted a bonded pair of adult cats about a year ago, the cost was $50.00 per cat. My guess is that kittens, being in greater demand, would be slightly more.
