I would give them negative ratings if that was an option. Tried calling them to book an appointment and they never call back. Tired multiple times giving my details to the frontdesk. Finally spoke with the manager, and she told me that they are busy and the grooming service operate as a different unit, so she doesn't have much to do with them!!

Good selection of pet food and products. They had a full staff too! Would have been 5 stars but no one greeted or asked to assist me (normally I wouldnt be so petty, but there were literally staff working in the aisle where I was looking for 5 minutes)

I found the store to offer extensive canine products along with other pets including aquarium needs. The cashier was friendly, courteous, professional and offered me a rewards card which ended up saving me $5.00. I was pleased with my experience in this store.
