I am a United States Air Force veteran. It's the one of very few places I have gone to have parking spaces for veterans and active military, and the spaces are close to the front door. Every employee was friendly, and thanked me for my service. I had a unique situation so they did not have what I needed, but had a good supply of standard parts for my lawn mower. I highly recommend the Bedford New Hampshire store and will be going back anytime I am in need a household products and home improvement ideas.

We came on Sunday looking for an umbrella for over our hot tub. Tight space but we wanted the off set one. We had questions and found Pete. He was so helpful answering questions, giving us info we didn’t know we needed. The he said we could save $100 if we opened a Lowe’s card. Sign me up! We were so happy to save $99 off our $498 umbrella. So happy how it’s made, all parts fit great and it was easy to complete. Thank goodness for the swivel ability because it was all set up and we couldn’t open hot tub. Wait is said it swivels. Phew! Crisis avoided! That’s Pete, your the best!

Had a terrific experience at this location. I was repainting some of my walls and I dealt with 3 different employees in the paint department to help me get the color and shading I wanted. They ALL were amazing and I only wish I got their names cause they were knowledgeable and seemed that they enjoyed their job. This will definitely be my main Lowe's going forward!

What a great service in Lowe’s again! Great selection of products. I was able to get an air conditioner what I was looking for all over and sold out all other competitors. The stuff is always helpful and knowledgeable! The floor department sales person went above and beyond to give me information and comparisons between the different floor options and installation procedure.
