Duncan Law was very easy to work with. They were patient with all of my questions, professional, and provided me with exemplary representation in my bankruptcy. They know the law and I felt confident that they knew the law right from the first phone call.

Talk to him about my mother's situation and he gave me advice just like he would give his own mother a very family-oriented man very good lawyer I would choose him for anything god bless him and his family.

Great and important question! When you come in for a free bankruptcy consultation you will meet with a board certified consumer bankruptcy attorney. You don't meet with paralegals or support staff, you will meet with either Damon Duncan or Terry Duncan. We then will go through and learn about your situation so we can provide you the best feedback possible so you have the information you need to make an educated decision on what, if anything, to do.
It's an important question anytime you are considering a bankruptcy. However, it's tough to say just because I don't know the specifics of your situation. Our fees will vary depending on the complexity of your case. That is why we offer a free consultation so we can learn more about your case so we can be sure to charge a competitve price for our services. I don't want to charge you too much if you have a very straightforward case but I also never want to have to go back to a client in the middle of their case and tell them the fees are going up because it is more complex than we though. The free consultation allows me to get a good understanding of someone's situation and give them a quote on the fees that they can depend on. I know that doesn't specifically answer your question but hopefully you understand our process.
Yes, we do.
We do offer free bankruptcy consultations over the phone. If you feel more comfortable having a consultation over the phone then we would be happy to set that up with you.
Yes, we offer a number of different payment plan options. We try to be as flexible as possible in how you pay our fees. We will be sure to work together to come up with something that works well for you and your family.
Absolutely. Call us to get it set up. Look forward to speaking with you.
Ricky, it's tough to answer that question because it depends on all types of factors we don't currently have. Within a bankruptcy you can sell your home and buy another home as long as you have the appropriate court authority to do so. A motion would need to be filed with the bankruptcy court, first, to get that permission.
