I called them with a week before my court date thinking I wasn't going to be able to get help. They said "no problem we can get this taken care of for you". Although my experience with having to retain legal counsel is limited, Graystar Legal was absolutely fantastic. The fee was more than reasonable and the service could not be better. If I could leave 10 Stars I would. Thanks again to Graystar!

My experience with graystar legal services was wonderful! I'd like to thank the entire team for their efforts on my behalf. Everything went exactly as I was told it would, and the best part is, I didn't have to take time off work or go to court. Should I ever be in need of legal counsel in the future, they'll be my 1st choice! Thanks again guys

If you receive a traffic ticket, you may feel like simply paying the fine is the easiest option. However, doing so results in a conviction on your record — something that can have long-term consequences for your employment, insurance rates, and driving privileges. By hiring an attorney to fight your traffic ticket, you stand a much better chance of having the charges reduced or dismissed entirely. An experienced lawyer will know how to spot any issues with the traffic stop or ticket itself and use those to your advantage.
In general, if you are arrested for DWI (driving while intoxicated), your license will be automatically suspended. Whether you fail a field sobriety test or refuse to take one - your license will be suspended for a minimum of 1 year.
There's no easy answer to this question, as it depends on a variety of factors. If you've been pulled over and the officer believes you may be under the influence of alcohol, they may ask you to participate in a field sobriety test. These tests are voluntary, so you can decline if you wish. However, keep in mind that if the officer has probable cause to believe you're intoxicated, they can arrest you without consenting to a test. Whether or not you should take a field sobriety test really depends on your individual situation. If you know that you haven't had anything to drink and feel confident in your sobriety, then participating in the test may clear up any confusion for the officer. If you know you're going to blow over, you may want to consider enforcing your rights and declining to take the test.
Absolutely Mark! That's one of the areas I focus on. Feel free to reach out if you want to speak further about it. (336)715-7250
