New manager Larry is the best. He actually has achieved so much in a short time. His open door policy, the way he has cleaned up our community is amazing. Hopefully Yes let's us keep him. He is an asset. was good manager now we have another new manager. finally had one that cared about us.

It's set up nice with lots of lake view properties, seemed well maintained when it comes to the private lots and clean. I have to bring to attention that the roadway throughout the park is absolutely dreadful. I mean when driving you have to be very attentive as for the dips in the middle of most of the roads are unforgiving to the passing vehicles. Even at the posted speed limit which I believe was 10 or 15 mph if you don't swerve to miss them you will most definitely bottom out if not worse. Repairs need to be done ASAP!

They tow who they want, never when they actually NEED too...I've have 2 cars towed and my neighbors always have tons of cars in grass and yet to be towed. At anytime I've seen numerous cars where they shouldnt be but never see anyone else get towed!!!! And they charge whatever they want, 2 diff prices on both my friends' car. And they shouldnt even tow bc the yards all look like s*it anyway!!!!

Rent is expensive for what you get. Espeically when nobody ever tells you that water is getting cut off 3 4 times a week. It’s becaus they own they water company charge what they want to charge. And every time a new trailer getting into the ground water goes off. When it comes back on water will be black very dirty for the first 2 hrs.

No they do not, but last i knew they would offer you the opportunity to purchase the house your renting after a year (with a normal mortgage and deposit situation)
