I believe they have some sort of leftovers for people that are not residents there that they can give out a certain amount of trees but normally in the morning times I've seen that everything's accounted for you have to be staying there to eat there there there was some sort of trades being made and also around the building itself and Tampa family had pulled up and was giving out free peaches and water and like burritos and stuff in there and they said from time to time that church families and stuff. Around the block and pass out extra lunches and stuff to salvation army people in a homeless Bevo around that area so that answers your question that's that's what it is
