You should call them with this question. I don't think that they watch this for questions. They do have adoptions, so they may rehab the abused animals in preparation for their eventual adoption. But more likely they may transfer them to another facility/ non-profit group for that.
They can provide a safe haven. If dog is yours plz bring to them. They have several rescues they work with
