I've tried several dealerships around the are and unfortunately they all make badd mistakes and on top of that te customer is paying for their mistakes. If you're still under warranty you have no option but find a dealership far from this area so you don't viod your warranty, but if you're out of warranty you can do you basic fluid changes yourself.
On your vehicle service form, did they record on there that you wanted all fluids replaced? If they did, then they are responsible for completing the service. You can go back and talk to the manager if they failed to complete everything you asked for.
