I have A landlord that doesn't want to fix anything right away plus the place is a mess and my wife and I rent a room and the house is only to be rented to a small family and there are 3 families here 6 adults and a 5 year old child what do you do

The housing authority has jurisdiction over these situations.

I have called them once but I didn't make a report because i don't want my wife and I to be homeless
