Older models with low mileage are cleaned up and resold by each dealership. However if they're high mile vehicles, though, they are usually sent off to Auctions.

You'd be better off directing that question to the individual dealers. Each of them operates individually for the most part. Most of them seem to carry newer cars however they are sure to be taking in older ones in trade all the time. The question is whether any of them hold on to them to sell themselves.
