We went to the scheduled oil change and warranty check up through a appointment set up 2 days prior. So I believe it still is. Give them a call and ask. They're very helpful.
It's pretty much always a appointment kind of place and then it's going to take a hour longer than they tell you. Love Lincoln but this dealership is so busy that the customer service is none existence. Have been dealing with them for a couple years now and the Lincoln dealership in Long Beach is worse. Good luck. They do seem to do decent work and at least it's guaranteed.
