Fast and friendly customer service. Pretty good so far. On my way to pick up my car. When I went to get my car the Dodge dealership and repairs lied to me about the money that they promised for volunteering to get my recalled car being fixed. I initially declined but they offered me $50 and Lou told me no. And they wanted to up-sell me. Then the valet service was very slow. The agent told me I should give him a high mark on his survey. Don't promise me anything and then dismiss me.

If you go on a Saturday, know that it is best to have an appointment. People arrive before six am, to make sure that the diagnostic work will be completed. Staff who do the diagnosing on Saturday, sometimes only work until 12pm.You may have to return for parts to be ordered, and to schedule the work to be done on another day. During the week, if you arrive after 11am, staff predict that they will not get to diagnose the problem. I have a lot of confidence in the staff, who truly do excellent work!!!

I visited this store 10 months ago ,but unfortunately there was no help, so I ended up buying another car. I went today giving them a second chance since my wife was ready to buy and guess what same story. Plus something that i did don't know this time and it's new. On top of the MSRP, they are charging 7k due to the shortage of cars, plus taxes, plus finance,plus alarm system and plus something else. So if you want a car from 29k, get ready to pay around 42k for it. With excellent credit. I guess it's the worse time to buy a car. It's better to wait.

Cerritos auto square is easy to find, right off of the freeway. There’s plenty of parking, it’s not a crazy busy street which is helpful. It doesn’t put too much pressure on the unfamiliar driver when looking for the specific dealership driveway. It’s intimidating for me to visit a dealership to look around because of all the salesman stories I’ve heard but it wasn’t a nightmare at all! The gentleman that helped me wasn’t pushy, he didn’t rush me or try to push a car on me. He took his time, was thorough in answering all my questions and didn’t make Me feel like I was inconveniencing him. I visited the Toyota dealership and was seeing what they had for used cars. He even suggested that I go to the other deanships in order to be certain I was happy with whatever it was that I chose. I appreciate how on the windows of the far was all the information about the vehicle, including an easy to use QR code that connected me directly to the carfax report.

We went to the scheduled oil change and warranty check up through a appointment set up 2 days prior. So I believe it still is. Give them a call and ask. They're very helpful.

There are plenty of books available to help seek the answers you could be looking for. Whether it is a book about self nurturing the soul, or learning a new skill... at 20yrs you are young and have a many years to look forward to. A step at a time, a step at a time...
