I'm not sure about the dealership yet but the customer service I received in the service department from Eric was great. I took my 84 year old mom to get her car checked out. Eric took care of her, treated her with respect as a woman, elderly and person of color. I like when people give honest answer "I don't know" instead of talking mechanical over my head info I know nothing about. I'm not a mechanic that's why I'm there. He explained everything in simple layman terms. Thank you Eric. He gets 2 thumbs up.

Took my car in for an oil change. Fast and friendly service. Two young ladies politely greeted me as I pulled up. I was then assigned Jacob as my service advisor. He was professional & polite as well. He explained everything to me in detail. I have no complaints with the service I recieved from the employees I encountered. My only complaint would be the pricing for some services. Seems a pretty high but hey what are you going to do.🤷🏽♂️ It is what it is.

I had an appointment for a transmission flush at 10am they took me in at 9:30am, Great Service, car felt great when I received it. Only down side they forgot to connect my exhaust pipe. They are currently fixing it as I type this. Everyone make sure you double check your own vehicle before and after ! I will be back soon for a Stage 3 fuel system service. Thank you !

I'm not really a person to post bad reviews, I think this is my first time doing it unfortunately. My sales rep was Stephen from which I would strongly recommend you to get a different sales rep!!! You can tell this guy just work to get some commission. After I purchased a brand new vehicle of 35,000 dollars he didn't even bother to put new frames on the plates as you can tell the frame was broken since before I purchased the vehicle, but it's their loss is their business that they could've promoted. I tried to oversee that but then after I opened the glove compartment he had left all the trash from the window sticker inside of it!!!! I also tried to be understanding but then towards then end after signing papers I asked him; "would you mind if we go for a test drive"? To which he answered: NO YOU CAN GO IF YOU WANT, I HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS. I was lived, kept my composure and I said okay no problem. My credit score is 720!!! I wouldn't even want to imagine how he would treat a person with bad credit. I reached out to management to address the problem I spoke to Thomas but it seems to me that he just gave him a slap on the wrist. That's unacceptable I would stay away from this salesman. He couldn't even bother to offer a cup of water. I was able to exchange some words with a different salesman Erick Mercado , if it wasnt because he was the only pleasant salesman around I would've taken my business elsewhere. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!! FOR SURE IM NOT GOING BACK !!!!

Yes they do, even both ways but it has to be within 8 miles from the dealer. Latest update as 4/2/21 Nissan no longer offers rides to and from locations because of covid-19 and liability concerns. Please plan accordingly
