I've had such pleasant experiences here. I bought my dream car a 2018 Challenger 392. It had 8 thousand miles CPO and the car was a dream. Unfortunately someone crashed into the car a few months ago. But I figured I'd let everyone know. Nick in finance is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Amad and Maadi as well as Dudley and Trent are also very helpful. Check them out they have a lot of really beautiful cars.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I recently took my car in to replace the alternator and they told me that my wiring harness needed to be replaced but was a discontinued part so they would have to cut into my harness and try to fix it themselves. Turns out a ground wire was just loose and never told me if they found that out before cutting into the harness. I picked up my challenger and the next day the check engine light came on for code P0307- cylinder 7 misfire. I’ve never had that issue before and plugged in my Snap-on diagnostic tool and confirmed no active misfire was occurring and fuel injector tests were normal. I swapped the coils and checked plugs, cleared the code and the next day the same code came back. I found out there was a chrysler/dodge service bulletin for my year/model that mentioned this issue that needed to be resolved with a software update. I took it back to Cerritos Dodge and let them know. They took 3-4 days to complete a 20 min. software update and I picked it up. The next day the same check engine code returned. I checked the software and it turns out it’s the same software that has been on my car since 2013 when I bought the car new. I took it back to Cerritos Dodge and a week went by and no one ever called me to update me. I finally got a hold of an advisor only to be told that they needed to do an engine tear down for $2,900 to diagnose the problem and let me know how much more it would cost me. I said no thanks and went to pick my car up today. I came home and noticed a big scuff mark on the side of the car, the engine cover was off and bouncing around, and the oil filter was loose and leaking oil everywhere. I am well aware of my vehicle and complete all maintenance myself so I know I didn’t leave my car in this shape with them. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place, they have terrible customer service, will damage your car and charge you absurd amounts for things you don’t need.

I came in here to just look and see what my options were, and I walked away with a new Jeep Compass and a great Deal. Chris Sanchez was extremely patient and professional with me. Helped me narrow my search to fit my needs and his manager Robert K. Was great getting me the best deal. I definitely recommend this place.

My car is back in the dealership after the first unpleasant visit where it took 8 hours to give me a call (which i had to text and ask for an update) stating the problem was not found. 8 hours to call and say basically nothing was done even with an appointment which is useless because it doesn't guarantee your car will even be looked at, then when complained to the service manager they stated they would change out a speaker which had nothing to do with the problem but at this point they were just shotgunning parts. Of course that did not fix the problem. Tried to take it back another time and was the first one in the drive and said the car wouldn't be looked at till another 5 days so of course I left. Now my car is back at the dealership and its been 4 days and my car has still not been looked at, which who knows if they'll even find the problem once again which will be a total waste of time. Probably because this is all warranty work they don't care since they're not making $$$$. The service advisor does not call with updates, we have to call multiple times, leave messages, or physically go up there before getting in contact just to be told the car hasn't been looked at. Just want my car fixed so I don't ever have to come back here. Horrible communication and slow service! Being without a car is an obvious inconvenience.

Service is terrible, they lie to your face.
Wow about 45 mins.
If only that what you owe on this car that you are paying will go to the principal of the new loan and sometimes it is more expensive than what it is actually worth.
I would call the dealer. I don't think the public would really know the deal you made with dealership.
I do know that keys with chips in them cost around$50 and up.
7:00 am
Cash, credit/debit cards, not sure about personal checks and they have a program you can apply for to see if you qualify for credit through them...
Yes they have a body shop
I believe so
5pm
In all honesty I'm not sure. Their 2 things that factor in for the price. One is their labor rate and second would be how long it takes to install.
I think 5 on weekends. Later during the week.
No. I was going to purchase a charger. I would go to mcpeek dodge in Anaheim if you want good service
Probably like 700 to 800
