Service is terrible, they lie to your face.
Terrible, towed my 2010 Dodge Caravan in Sunday because it was not turning on didn’t hear back till thursday from them after many calls and getting run around when trying to see what the issue was. Tried contacting again today and no answer again all day the receptionist just connects me to voicemail. Terrible
Terrible don't know why I bother. They treat me like I'm ignorant. Lie to your face. I asked for rental car they said no because they didn't know how long it was going to be even though it's covered under warranty. Do not go to them if at all possible. Worst possible service ever.

I agree with all of the people on here that has had a negative experience at Cerritos Jeep service and parts. Their courtesy sucks. I forgot the name of the guy who sat at desk 1 , I know his initial is D. But I am proud of how much I've grown because his attitude will cause him to catch a fade by someone else who may not care . Also my Jeep was worse than when I took it . Yeah they suck.

Terrible Terrible Terrible service I can't believe they don't care if u need your care they are going to take their sweet as time. I took my car in a Friday do to the air bags recall it's Monday and I have not received my car. I have a job to go to and children's to take care of. I will update
I agree, I had the worst experience with service (Brian) He will lie to your face saying that the problem on your car it's normal, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Thanks to lemon law that nightmare (dodge journey) it's Gone. Never again a dodge.
