I’ve been going here since I was 14 years old. I’m very sad to say that I no longer feel welcome here. My most recent visit an employee at the front desk was being very passive aggressive when it came to how long I was trying out a used orange amp I really want to buy. He asked me to stop playing for someone who was trying out an amp next to me. The guy acknowledged how rude he was being after the employee walked out of “the vault”. I didn’t mind to stop jamming, I just though it was very disrespectful as to the way he barged in and grunted at me. I don’t know very much about amps but instead of helping me the guy with the glasses always tells me to “turn down, so we can hear the phones”. This store used to be so much better years ago.

Loved that place. Friendly staff. Great help. Some staff even chose to wear masks. Yes, I agree 👍, COVID is still very much w/us. Thank you. Let's not be too confident. 👍😷😁

Yesterday, in my desperation, I went to a best buy trying to find a quarter inch cable for a music emergency. They were unhelpful. My emergency was unresolved. Today, I made the proper choice and went to guitar center in Cerritos. La Brenda helped me out. Truly. She knew my questions before I asked them and intuitively guided me exactly to the right product I needed. 11/10. This guitar center is still the best.

If you like being insulted by store employees, buying guitar amps that stopped working after 3 days, wasting gas driving to a place to sell a perfectly good synthesizer only to have them tell you it doesn't work because they have zero intelligence. Then this is the place for you!! Never again will shop at this location or probably any guitar center for that matter!! Either the employees are so full of themselves and think they know everything when they really know nothing or they're just plain rude and have chips on their shoulders because they work at guitar center in the pro audio section. I am never one to go off on rants about a business but only under certain circumstances will I lash out and this is definitely one of them. Just putting this out there as reference in case this happens to anyone else so you can feel better about the situation knowing that you're not the only one LOL. I'm sorry but the African-American gentleman that works in the pro audio section needs to brush up on his knowledge of analog synthesizers and his customer service skills are not the best and is very rude and likes to insult people.

You'll have to call and check on that.
The Covid safety practices are 25max capacity at most stores and masks must be worn at all times
I don't know but you can call and ask them
Guitar center is not in the mall proper. It is in a strip mall North of the mall; park outside walk directly into the store
$250 starting and up.
Prices are from $300 or more
Yes they are open today 12 to 7. Letting in 2 to 3 people at a time today, last week I was there and they were letting 8 peoplein at a time. It. Aries depending on how many employees are scheduled.
They would need to see it in person in order to give you a quote as wear and model can vary
And
Yes
I don't know. I know they offer credit up to 12 months same as cash
Yes they do
They may have some used ones that'll suit your needs. Try the website or call them.
It looks like someone else already answered. U should look at a few of the stores around Long Beach for that type of specialty instrument.Guitar Center IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LOOK FOR A FLUTEof ANY KIND.Good Luck on your search and Happy Memorial Day!
90% of the time they can get you anything, they might tax you on it though.
they have lots of awesome choices!
You need to know the date, and the credit or debit cards you used.
