I moved in this apartment in June 2020. This apartment is located in safe and nice neighbors. The manager, Emily, is very kind and helpful. Whenever I have questions or need help, Emily always responds me promptly and she resolve the issue. I have never seen a manager like her before. She is the most kindest person I see as leasing manager. The maintenance staffs are very skillful and courteous. Alejandro is very skillful and he fix most problems in 5-10 minutes. I feel very comfortable living in this apartment because the leasing office manager and maintenance staffs really care about tenants. I saw many apartment manager and staffs who are rude and delay repairs when tenants request but this Cerritos Apartment is different. Cerritos Apartment staffs members really care about tenants. I really thank all staff members, Emily, Alejandro, Victor.... everyone who serve Cerritos Apartment. I highly recommend this apartment to others. Juan is the best guy to give the best service. Quick and more responsive and prompt service., I like his service Good place to live. Francisco keep clean and neat. His is one of a kind.. He always smiles when we met him around the apartment . Last week we requested for sink leakage they came and fixed quickly. quick and prompt response. They are changing color to while its looks luxury. also for newly moving people they changing all cabinet and putting wood floor. Definitely its seems awesome look its like luxuries.

We love pets and are a pet-friendly community! We accept up to two indoor pets per apartment with dogs only allowed in specified dog locations. Service requests can be made through the resident portal. After hours we have an emergency maintenance line which alerts our maintenance team on call.
A $40.00 application fee per applicant over the age of 18 is due at time of application and is non-refundable. Application and holding fee (which is applied to total move-in charges such as security deposit and rent) must be paid at time of application for an apartment to be reserved for you. Each apartment requires a holding fee of $300 (studio), $400 (one bedroom), $500 (two bedroom) or $600 (three bedroom) at the time of application, and is non-refundable after 72 hours, unless applicant is denied. An applicant’s deposit may vary depending on income, employment, and credit history, which is based on the standards established through the approval system. Yes, one parking space is included in rent. We offer one carport parking space per apartment. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with no more than 2 cars per apartment allowed on the property.
