It says when I call it’s closed but on the website it says it opens at 8am. is it closed if I drive down there ?

Housing Authority Office is Open... You are now able to walk in the office drop off paperwork etc.... I was there last week.

Yes, they take calls Monday through Thursdays. After 9am. All offices are closed. Have you tried on line?
