It is the one with the food truck, with the bridge behind you it would be the eight side. You can pass it by pretty easily. But on the bottom by the bridge, left side of the bridge if it is behind you, you can park along the side of the road. There would be a bunch of cars there as well.. It is best not to cross the bridge it leads to jersey. There is a small toll to get back...
