When you are on a small island in the middle of the Bay, the sea breeze pretty much blows over any smell there may be. You won't have to worry about "smells" on the island.
Depends on what part you are in. The reck yard smells like bird droppings, the garden smell like flowers and the inside really didn't have a smell.
Depends on your mood and sensitivity, you might pick up on different things. Place is very old with a Lot of history.
