A nice ferry terminal in a nice town. There is a ferry to angel island, Sausalito, and SF ferry terminal. They carry bikes too.

Good question. There are several pay lots for cars. I did not see any for buses, I would suggest checking the website
Always be carefu, but the staff is really helpful and I imagine they'd be happy to help you. There is one angled step on the front of the ramp to mind, but otherwise all else is fine.
None standing by. Best bet is Uber or call a taxi ahead of time. The bus is good if it goes where you need it to.
Depends on which ferry service you want. Your best bet is online. The Blue & Gold fleet (mainly tour ferry service between Tiburon and Pier 39, and Tiburon and Angel Island) does offer tickets to purchase on the boat. The Golden Gate transit (commute ferry) requires either online purchase or use of a Clipper Card
