When does it close? Can I drive there or a bus takes me?

Its on the side of the hill. You can see it from various locations along the road and there is parallel parking on the side of the road.

Never closes, but hard to get to. The hiking and tours buses only let you close enough to view it, but not even close as it appears in movies. Locals can tell you how to get the closest, but there is a lot of residential and private property and you can only get to it on foot. Was told 5 mile walk. However, if you are not trying to get close...you can see it in many different locations.
