Lake Hollywood park has best views. You cannot drive. You can walk from the park.

Lake Hollywood park ,3000 Canyon lake drive,Griffith Park,Hollywood Bowl or South windsor bvd/4th and 6th are spots to take pics but you can not access to the sign.It s closed and forbidden
