It's illegal to swim there and the water is pretty disgusting, especially when it hasn't rained. People do it, but I wouldn't recommend it. You can also get a big fine if a ranger sees you, which is common there.
Not advising any swimming although I have seen people in the water. It is better just to look at it.
You cannot swim there. Also it is very polluted with run off and it could make you sick if you were to swim.
