Its about 50$ per month for individual membership which includes pool, weights, exercise room, classes

Can a visitor workout in the warm water pool? Does the arthritis organization still lead the twinges and hinges program in the warm water?

In general visitors who are admitted have the same priveleges as members. I don't have any information about the arthritis program.
