The hours are sunrise to sunset, you wouldn't want to do the hike in the dark anyway. They water is off limits because there are small rocks in there that are hazardous, also the water is runoff from yards and I think it is toxics because of all the concentration of fertilizers. You can tell because the water is very green and there is a lot of algae growing in it. Fertilizer use really needs to decrease in general.

I’m not 100% it’s a hiking trail not sure they have hours. We walked about 1 mile to the waterfall. Bummer thou. You can’t go into the water. Not sure why. Trying to figure out why they say the water is toxic
