No you can just go in and look around. If you want to see a specific dog out of its kennel then you have to go to the front desk, they ask you to fill out a survey to see if the dog is a good fit for your home, then if it is, you're allowed to go see the dog.
No appointment necessary. I got dog from there and the people there were awesome. Very helpful and friendly.
No you can go directly to the kennel area and look around, but if you become interested in a specific dog just be sure to write down the animal identification number, take a photograph of him if possible and give it to someone at the front counter or to one of the animal care technicians. Fill out the adoption papers and if he is already microchipped, licensed, vaccinated and sterilized you guys are ready to go home as soon as you pay the adoption fee. I sincerely hope that you find the dog of your dreams very soon, pray to god for guidance and hope for the best.
You can see the dog, but I believe Emma is right.
