The service department is always such a pleasure to work with. I have been servicing my car here for over a year. My engine light came on and the service manager Efrain was quick to help me and resolve the issue. He was very professional and helpful throughout my experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

Honestly did not help me at all. They wasted my time. I live far so i asked them to keep me updated on a car I was interested in buying. They didn’t do that. It sold as I walked in the door and they didn’t call to tel me. The first guy i worked with, i asked if there were any similar and he said there was a 2015 available. He didn’t tell me about incoming, nothing. I went home disappointed then found online there was a car incoming at this dealership. My mom called and asked what we needed to bring so the process would go faster and the guy said insurance papers and that’s it. I told them I was on a time constraint and could only be in there for a few minutes. They insisted I come in and said “it’d only take half an hour”. The guy said he’d give me a holding contract and a small deposit on the car to hold it and then finish the contract later since I didn’t have time. ONCE THE 30 MINUTES WAS UP, the guy came back out and said “you’re just going to fill out one contract.” And I was like. This wasn’t what I was told. And they weren’t updating me with what I was signing or what was going on. They kept showing me numbers and telling me I needed to put more down even though I told them I had a budget. They also kept coming by and saying “it’ll be a few minutes” I was in there for 90 MINUTES waiting for someone or something and I was getting nothing. So ticked and angry. Literally the worst dealership. Especially for women

Michael took excellent care of me - and even made sure to send my car back to be washed when his colleagues in the service dept. forgot to do it. I was able to get an appt. immediately, and the service process went quickly.

Friendly, low key, staff and sales people don’t use your name until you can’t stand it anymore. I felt like MacGragor Reed was a special friend from the first video email he sent. He responded to every email and text I sent but didn’t boom-bard me with pushy sales emails. I never felt pressured and the whole experience was fun and I left feeling glad I came.But beware of the sales managers trying to sneak in extra fees without making clear what you’re paying for, like extended warranty, lifetime oil changed, and even additional dealer fees . If you don’t want those things you can save as much as $10,000

Yes they do, talk to the sales team they will quote you a great price
They have a mechanical workshop, but they have Pride Auto where they send cars with physical damage
