A very nice employee named Bill helped me finding faucets for my Roman tub. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get me what I needed. He even called me the next day to tell me he found more faucets that matched for my sinks. I was so impressed!

Only entered to ask for two parts I needed. I politely asked for the needed parts and was given attitude and treated badly. I atleast said thank you goodbye nicely when after they told me they didn't carry the parts which they specialize in. No "sorry" or "let me check", just a no and no recommendations to where I could find the parts. Anyways I'll just order online from one of the larger online stores out there, there's goes my attempt to support family businesses.

I was seeking a replacement part for my Grohe faucet. The part through Grohe is priced at $56, but online they state they will not ship to CA. I called Larry and Joe's Plumbing Supplies yesterday and they said, yes they have the part...but the guy I talked with on the phone said he was too busy with customers to give me a price. I should have pushed the issue and said I'd wait. Nope. I said I'd be by today to purchase it. So I came in, and the correct part was there waiting. So far so good, right? That was true until the rang up the price. $178 including tax!!!! I understand a mark up for retail, but a mark up of $122 on a $56 part??? I asked to see the manager, showed her the online price, and she couldn't care less, and couldn't care if I bought from them or not. The ATTITUDE was obvious!!! RUDE! Stay away! Worse customer service.
