No, I went to the cave tour on Saturday for the first time and didn't saw any bats.
According to the guide yes there are bats in the cave but no not where the tours are because of the lights and activity. With that said on 4-5 tours I've been on I've never seen or heard any and I was once a private one on one tour to show me the ropes before an event I helped with where we turned the lights on as we went and I've never seen any.
No bats they prefer the unexplored parts of the cavern..
