They are normally really busy, and a bit behind schedule. But I don't mind the wait, because all of their staff are caring and wonderful.

You would have to call them and ask the questions what I do know is vets around here don't see exotic animals
You can get a voucher from the schohaire valley animal shelter that you can use at the animal hospital (vets)
Shawn, I have no idea, haven't had that happen to me,but they all are wonderful vet's, kind and very gentle with your animals, been going there for a long time, so sorry you have to go through the loss of your dog
